Hot and Spicy Potato
Ingredients:
15-20 mini white potatoes (or can use any size)
½-1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon red chili pepper
½ teaspoon tumeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
1/8 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- heat olive oil on medium heat in skillet (non-stick)
- add cut potatoes (bite size)
- stir until on high heat until golden brown and then add spices and turn
heat down to medium
- stir until cooked or can place lid on skillet and stir intermittently until
cooked
